Cooper Commercial’s notable Dallas Commercial Real Estate projects included:

  • Negotiating a new office lease for Cargill, Inc., in The Woodlands, Houston, Texas, the largest privately owned company in the world;
  • Devising and implementing a built-to-suit team and strategy for a 200,000 sq. ft. distribution center for Grand Hall USA with the planned capability of doubling its size to 400,000;
  • Negotiating a 40,000 sq. ft. lease for Optek Technology into a new property from their 200,000 sq. ft. owned building and 15.5 acre land site which is currently being marketed for sale;
  • Relocating Dallas-based GDMI, selling its 30,000 sq. ft. industrial facility and implementing a built-to-suit-to-own 60,000 sq. ft. facility to own and then subsequently arranging a sale and lease back under a long-term lease.
